Advocate Suman Neupane has been the program coordinator at FNB Nepal since 2016, where he is responsible for implementing project activities. He is a legal practitioner who completed his LL.M with a major in business and intellectual property rights from Kathmandu School of Law. Prior to joining FNB Nepal, Mr. Neupane was engaged in litigation and other development fields. He was also a founder and vice president of Nepalese Law Student’s Association (NeLSA). Mr. Neupane has a great interest in providing pro bono services. Additionally, he works in various fields, including litigation in District, High, and Supreme courts of Nepal. He is the founder president of the Center for Youth Development and Study (CYDS), which works as a community-based organization in the field of empowerment for women, children, youth, social inclusion, and elder people located in Suryabinayak 4, Bhaktapur. He works as the Secretary of Shubha Bhavana Cooperative Ltd. since 2079 and is the legal advisor of more than fifty corporate houses. He is also the director of Ananta Krishi Tatha Pashu Panchhi Kendra since 2077 and a lifetime member of the Nepal Red Cross Society. Mr. Neupane has leadership and effective presentation skills in Law and Mediation, as well as team coordination and building a friendly work environment.

Ms. Irada Adhikari is a lawyer and currently holding a position of Program Coordinator in FNB Nepal. As a diligent and hardworking individual, she is also a Master degree holder in Journalism and Mass Communication. In addition to her legal practice, she has also embraced the passion for teaching and mentoring by taking on the role of a trainer. For the past six years, Ms. Adhikari has served as a mediator and skilled mediation trainer. She has provided more than 50 trainings in the field of Community Mediation. These qualities continue to serve in the peace building sector where creating peace through mediation process and providing legal pro bono services are paramount. Ms. Adhikari is also actively involved in various community initiatives, dedicating her time and legal expertise to help those in need where she is continue to make a positive and to create a meaningful difference in the society.

Prajwol Bastakoti is with FNB Nepal for three years now. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management. With a strong background in climate change and payment for ecosystem services, Prajwol possesses extensive knowledge in these fields. Having been, Prajwol has made significant contributions to the organization’s mission. He has been actively involved in program development, program implementation, and report writing and analysis. His expertise in Proposal development and program implementation has proven valuable in the organization’s work related to disaster management, the COVID-19 pandemic, community mediation, migration, and gender-based violence. His role as a Program Officer entails designing and implementing programs that align with FNB Nepal’s objectives. He is responsible for developing strategies and initiatives that address pressing societal issues. Additionally, his skills in report writing and analysis enable him to assess the impact of programs and provide valuable insights to improve their effectiveness.

Pratik Karmacharya is program officer at FNB Nepal, where he is designated for legal research, proposal and program design, content writing and overall analysis of the projects. Karmacharya is a certified legal practitioner from Nepal Bar Council who went to Chakrabarti HaBi Education Academy (CHBEA), College of Law receiving Bachelor’s degree in Law. He is currently pursuing LLM with majors on Human Rights and Gender Justice and is also alumni to Dejusticia, a Colombian human rights organization. Prior to joining FNB in 2017, Karmacharya was engaged in development field through volunteerism and internship in various organizations and was also founding member of Nepalese Law Student Association (NeLSA) CHBEA chapter. Karmacharya has a great interest in supporting and advocating social change through his pro bono realization amongst interdisciplinary collaborations of human rights, safer migration, access to justice, youth rights, peace and climate justice through education and strategic litigation.

Mr. Bibek Adhikari has been working in FNB Nepal from 1 June 2018. He have completed Master in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Campion Kathmandu College in 2005 A.D. He got 12 Years of Experience in different organization in Accounting and Financial Management.

Aagya Dahal is a Finance & Admin Officer at FNB Nepal, demonstrating vibrancy and professionalism. She is highly motivated to make a difference through her job. Aagya holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and recently transitioned into the NGO sector, leveraging her solid background in administrative and financial responsibilities to support the organization’s objectives.

As an Admin & Finance Officer, Aagya excels in running the office’s administrative affairs. She efficiently handles tasks such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and implementing effective file systems. Aagya’s proficiency in office software and equipment allows her to effortlessly develop and manage documents, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring the office operates efficiently.
