Alexander Krautmann is the Country Manager for the FNB Nepal in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). He has been associated with the organization from 2015 until this date, supporting the organization in humanitarian crises by raising funds and building the networks for support, assisting the organization to develop its plans and policies and network building in the DACH region. He has been engaged in social and humanitarian issues for more than 15 years. Academically, he is a Master of Science in Economics from the university of Augsburg.

Furthermore, as the current managing director of hauptmann & friends, Mr. Krautmann is responsible for the company together with its founder Mr. Paul Hauptmann. The company hauptmann & friends has been successfully advising national as well as international companies and their employees on company pension programs for more than 40 years.

Radhakrishna Deuja, member of Forum for Nation Building Nepal, is currently pursuing a degree in National Security Studies in the United States. He had his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan Univrsity, and he had his Bachelor Degree in Homeland Security from State University of New York, Mercy College, New York. He is currently a chairman of Overseas Nepali Forum, America, New York State Committee, and his involved in serving Nepali community in America. He regularly writes articles on various issues of Homeland Security, and Politics. He is well known of different aspects of police operations, and closely monitors them, and put forward is opinion whenever he thinks is appropriate.

Mr. Kedar Prasad Dhungana is a young social activist currently working in Tokyo, Japan, is the founder member of FNB Nepal. He has completed Bachelor in International Culture from Poole Gakauin University, Osaka, Japan. He has served more than five year in tourism sector of Nepal and has developed expertise on import export business of vehicle in Japan since 2006. He is interested to work in the agriculture and development issues of Nepal.
