Mr. Robin Nepal, a seasoned banker with over three decades of experience in commercial banking across various domains including business banking, branch banking, risk management, technology, payment systems etc. Robin’s career reflects not only his expertise in traditional banking functions but also his innovative spirit and commitment to driving financial inclusion.

One of his core passions lies in empowering individuals through financial independence by connecting them with markets. He firmly believes that access to finance is a fundamental right and a powerful tool for socioeconomic empowerment. With this vision in mind, he has actively engaged in initiatives aimed at supporting underprivileged yet promising individuals. He is dedicated to providing both financial resources and skill-building opportunities to marginalized communities in an organized and sustainable manner.

Robin’s commitment to fostering financial inclusion led him to spearhead the promotion of a national-level microfinance institution. As a lead promoter, he played a pivotal role in establishing a robust platform that provides microloans and financial services to those who need it the most, enabling them to unlock their potential and build better futures.

Moreover, Robin firmly believes in the transformative power of financial inclusion for women, not only in uplifting their own livelihoods but also in contributing to the economic well-being of their families and communities.

He is engaged with FNB Nepal since October 2023 as an adviser, particularly supporting organization income generation, livelihood, banking and audit issues.
