FNB Nepal designed an awareness and advocacy campaign named, “Community Migration School” in two schools of Chandrapur Municipality. The sessions were carried out in coordination with Chandrapur Municipality and under the leadership of school principals .
These sessions were carried out on 7th June, 2026 in Shree Secondary School, Judibela & Shree Secondary School, Dumariya respectively. These school sessions were performed to make aspirant migrants like higher secondary students informed about risk of forced labour, human trafficking, human smuggling online scams, visit visas scams along with ensuring fair and ethical migration pathways.
Altogether, 140 students among them 55 men and 85 women actively participated, achieving crucial understanding of migrant workers’ rights around the globe. The students were asked several G.K questions to make the session more informative and interactive. IEC materials were also distributed to the students to ensure informed migration decisions.
