FNB Nepal implemented a 4 days training session based on Human Rights and Medical Ethics in Pokhara and Dhulikhel.The sessions were carried out from 6th to 7th June in Pokhara and 13th to m14th June in Dhulikhel. The session covered topics related to human rights, medical ethics and HIV care, legal remedies discrimination and violation of fundamental Rights, health access and discrimination against PLHIV (People Living with HIV). The training session was funded by Save the Children. There were altogether 61 participants including Health professionals working in HIV, Doctors, Health Assistance, HIV frontline workers, and NGO staff. The lectures during the session were delivered by resource persons with expertise in human rights, medical ethics and HIV.
