From 15th March, 2019 to 17th March, 2019 FNB Nepal family visited to Chitwan, Sauraha for internal assessment and refreshment treat. All the staff and member had presented on their responsibilities and further action plans to achieve the organizational goal in a target duration. This program helps in the team building, communicate and coordinate among the staffs with the refreshment break. We team member of FNB Nepal headed toward Chitwan on 15th March, 2019. After reaching in Chitwan. We discuss the further plans while staying in Chitwan and some refreshment walk in beach of Rapti river. On the next day, 16th March, 2019 we headed for Elephant safari in Chitwan National Park continuously Jungle Safari was also toured in Chitwan National Park. In the evening of the day there was a gathering party among the staff to interact and communicate for the betterment of coordination and communication. On date 17th March, 2019 we all staffs and board members were visited in Buderapti for the boating. After boating, the task of assessment was conducted on the meeting hall of Tiger Residence. All the staff presented on their role, responsibility and task performing in office. After the presentation, recommendation on the staff role and responsibility was delivered by the other staff and board member of the organization. And the session was ended with the celebration the birthday of Mr. Nirmal Kumar Upreti President of FNB Nepal. This assessment helps us in building the smooth cooperation and communication among the staffs and board member.
