FNB Nepal conducted two days residential training on “Report and Proposal Writing” to its staffs and board members from 20 to 21 August 2018 at Nagarkot- Bhaktapur where there was attendance of 12 participants. The objective of the training was to enhance the capacity of FNB’s staffs and board members regarding proposal and report writing. The training mainly focused on courses of writing proposal and importance of language sensitivity. The training had followed various techniques such as presentation, interaction, group work, discussion and experience sharing which supported staffs in their personal growth.
