The Forum for Nation Building organized Training to Trainers (ToT) under the project “Enhancing Accelerating Access to Justice of Earthquake Victims of Solukhumbu, Sindhupalchowk, Dolakha, Kavrepalanchowk, Gorkha, Kathmandu valley through Community Mobile Legal Clinic and Advocacy.” The program was held from 15th to 19th June at Bojinee Nagarkot Resort to the 71 participants from various areas such as lawyers, law students, psychology students, social mobilizers and local representatives. The participants were oriented and provided training on how the community mobile legal clinic (CMLC) play vital role in life of earthquake victim, legal provision of government for earthquake victims, psycho social counselling, legal drafting, loan and banking procedure and way to handle challenges that may occur in CMLC. The trainers were Law Professors, Senior Advocates, Assistant Director of Nepal Rastra Bank, Government representatives and Psycho-social counselor. The training supported to polish the idea of participants during the five days. The training was interactive and participants worked in team throughout the event, fostering and supporting ideas that looked likely to implement in CMLC to achieve access to justice of earthquake victims. At the end of five days, final pitching session provided a plat form for participants to put forward their prevailing issues in their community.
