FNB Nepal organized two days of residential training on “Communication and Leadership Building Training” from 20th- 21th August at Pokhara where 19 (8 female and 11male) participants participated the event. The training followed theoretical and more practical approach to enhance leadership and communication capacity of staffs for their personal development through effective performance. The training supported the participants to realize the strength of team work, cooperation, coordination, decision making for the accomplishment of the task through the team workshop.
