Training of Trainers (TOT) is an effort of FNB Nepal on community legal empowerment work across the country, mainly on the 14 hard hit districts of 2015 earthquake. The objective of this five days residential training is to enhance the capacities of legal service providers, paralegals, law and social science students to leverage the space to create an enabling environment for effective pro bono work in ensuring and enhancing access to justice of the population with special reference to ongoing reconstruction. Upon the completion of the training, the trained lawyers will be mobilized as resource person during the project activities and paralegals, law and social science students will be mobilized as volunteers with opportunities of internship at the organization throughout the project phase.
