FNB Nepal successfully conducted 8 days Basic Mediation Training in Mithila Municipality. The training aimed to provide foundational skills of conflict resolution. In this training, participants learned basic rules related to mediation, role of mediators, national laws relating to mediation along with different steps of the mediation process. This training aims that the participants will further contribute to resolve the dispute related cases of the community through mediation.
